1. Who do my customers make payments to?

 All payments from your customers are made directly to you 

2. How do I submit my orders to AMJ Wholesale

3. When do I pay for my orders?

All payments are due at the time of the order. Once your order is complete you will receive an invoice through Pay Pal to complete your payments. 

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

  AMJ Wholesale accepts payments through Pay pal, Visa or MasterCard. Checks are not accepted. 

5. Can I buy merchandise on credit?

At this time we do not extend credit to customers. 

6. Can I drop ship directly to my customer?

At this time that option is not available to sales representatives. 

7. What if my product gets damaged?

  AMJ Wholesale policy requires 7 day notice after receipt of         the package. All refunds due to damages are processed as an even exchange, unless the time is no longer available, then a full monetary refund will be given. 

8. What if I want to cancel my membership?

Your membership can be cancelled at anytime. You are under no obligation to continue selling our products.  

9.  How long will it take to receive my starter kit?

 Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your starter kit. 

10. How will my orders be shipped? How long?

 All orders are shipped UPS ground. Allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery after receipt of payment.

12. Do I need a warehouse to store inventory?

You do not need to have any inventory or provide any shipping for your orders. We do it all.

13. Do I charge Sales tax?

You are responsible for charging sales tax to your customer orders.  Visit your state department of revenue for more information

14. What is the minimum order amount?

There are no minimum order amount for dollars or volume. You can order 1 to 100 products (or more) at any time.
